HONEYSEW Clear Ruler Foot Frame Quilting Embroidery Low Shank for Singer Pfaff Viking Brother

This is both easy to use and easy to install. It is a true low shank foot. I had tried buying another one from Amazon that was listed as low shank but it did not fit my machine. I purchased this to work with quilting stencil kits that came with a different foot. I'm very happy to report this foot fits my brother se600 and works quite well with the stencils.

I have purchased so many other ruler feet that would not fit on my brother cs7000i. I'm finally able to use the rulers. It's also great for free motion since it's slightly see through making it easier to see what you are doing.

Fits my Janome dc3050 perfectly and should fit on any low shank machine. The clear foot really helps me to see my stitching line and makes free motion much easier especially when backtracking on a stitching line and echoing. It's adjustable enough to accommodate thicker or thinner quilt sandwiches. I use it for ruler work and free motion. I love it!

Happy to say, I took a chance on this foot working with my Featherweight 221 and it worked! I should state though that I am not using it for quilting through several layers. I needed it for visibility and following lines when sewing tiny fabric doll parts thus, I am only sewing through two layers of muslin so it feeds just fine.

This is the only free motion quilt foot that fits my brother SE-400 sewing machine. I have tries 3 other feet and they all put too much pressure on the quilt sandwich. This one is perfect - fabric sandwich (quilt cover, batting and backing) move smoothly thru the machine.

After buying another (metal) foot that did not work, I decided to try this one. I was reluctant because I didn't think it would be durable. Boy was I wrong. Great value for the money. The foot works like a charm. FYI, I use a Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 machine.

I use this product for free motion quilting with rulers and templates. I only recently purchased it so don't know how durable it is but it does do what it's supposed to do.
