Are the instructions on the tin in English?** A: We’re now getting ours on prescription and they’ve all been in English. I can’t remember if any we had through Amazon weren’t in English though I’m sure most were. **Q: What age is this for** A: Well normally adults but for infants and babies thickeners should only be used with a physician's guidance. Personally I used it for my late wife who had dysphagia and even then I had to pay close attention to advice from a dietician as amounts depend upon a patient's stage of Dysphagia. They used it to thicken all drinks and actually puréed the food with it before serving. Fortunately it was a temporary measure for two weeks as it isn’t that nice!
