A modern analogue clock in a traditional material
The Ailiebhaus Wooden Bedside Alarm Clock is a traditional round alarm clock but it has the benefit of a silent modern quartz movement, so keeps good time. It requires an AA battery that is not supplied, the one I used was a bit fiddly to insert and would only go in a specific end first. The clock is easy to set and to use making it ideal for kids and those not liking complicated modern technology! The clock face features clear, easy-to-read, black numerals, a sweep second hand, and is easy to see at night. The controls to set the time and alarm are at the rear, as is the alarm on/off switch, and you push the clock's top button for the light - this is all you need to know to operate the clock. The top button is also used for the “Snooze” feature and the alarm is good and loud enough to wake you up in the morning. This clock was offered for me to evaluate and review (a free sample in exchange for an honest review) and I am able to offer an unbiased recommendation to anyone looking for an attractively designed analogue clock featuring modern convenience with traditional wood style. Easier to set than a Smartphone and it won't stop if the power fails this clock gives you no excuse not to get up in the morning!
