The package arrived quickly, so that was good - thank you Amazon! However, the headphones did not include instructions on which button is which. And it didn't include the mini USB charger. And it didn't include the 3.5mm cable. So I got a pair of headphones with 5 'mystery buttons' and no way to charge them. Super weak. I wasted an inordinate amount of time trying to dig out an old cable from another device to charge the headphones before running different patterns of button pushing and seeking internet advice on how to pair wireless devices without any instructions. After that afternoon fiasco, the headphones work as intended. Except there's a weird buzz whenever the TV goes silent between dialogues/music. And every now and then I hear a 'beep.' And they're heavy relative to other wireless headphones on the market. I will continue to use for now, but will be upgrading soon. I do not recommend this product.

Pleasantly surprised how well these sound for the price. I go through headphones quickly due to nature of my work and general carelessness.A few points:- These sound just as good as my fiance's popular brand name headphones that start with a B (with slightly less bass)- Bluetooth functionality is smooth and mic is crisp on phone calls- the FM radio also works smooth but can be confusing in beginning - take time to read the manual.

I just got this product today, so I will have to see how they pass the test of time but my initial experience has been an extremely positive one. It paired easily to my phone, which isn't always the case with new Bluetooth devices. The sound quality was good, and the design is sleek and sturdy. If they hold up, I will probably buy more for family members.The instructions are crap, but it is intuitive enough that you can figure it out easily.

Once I connected it was a dream. Worked the way I want it to. Great product and great customer service. Delivered late because of USPS delivery to wrong zip code. Once received had trouble connecting, once resolved all is OK. Great. Customer Service was great. He knew what he was advising and he was calm cool and collected. GREAT.

I love the sound of these. I also love that I can pull the cord out. Right now I use the same cord for the headphones and for a speaker on my PC. So I don't have to change the settings on my desktop. Also when I use them bluetooth I don't have a cord dangling.

Dope headphones for my podcast guests to hear their own voices. I love this color plus on the Bluetooth, it gave me like 5ish hours turned all the way up. I think next time Although they are comfortable I think I'm going to get a bigger cushion that surrounds my entire ear.

Absolutely love the quality and the sound. I use these everyday at the gym and cannot imaging my workout without these headphones anymore.

Bought these for my 75 year old mother to wear while working in the yard. They are nice and lightweight and have good sound but navigating the FM radio part of it can be difficult as there is no display. She got it figured out and has enjoyed using these.
