These are good fire hoods priced sensibly for 10
These are good fire hoods priced sensibly for 10. Although it is possible to retrofit these from below, this could be fiddly. I used them in a new build where they could easily fitted from above. If the price holds, I will be back for many more. My understanding is that fire hoods must be fitted in all situations where there is habitable space above a ceiling punctured by down lights. Do it, it might save your life if there is a fire below.
