Needs Improvement
The pre workout is not bad on taste however you must keep stirring as it does settle quite quickly. Also with the pre workout I very glad I did not have jitters but not a fan of the itchy skin when it hits the system. I did receive a boost from it so if you workout late it will keep you up.Post Workout drink: does not taste good at all and settles extremely fast!!! I will stick to my protein powder for after working out instead. Over all the pre workout did what it said but I workout after work so it is a no go for me and the Post workout is a definite no.

It sure can't hurt.
I liked the fact I could get this in a trial pack. I don't have anything bad to say about this stuff. The post work out tastes better than the pre workout. I had to really make myself drink the whole pre workout packet. It tastes yucky. I honestly didn't feel anything from the pre or post packets. I figure it sure can't hurt me. I'll finish them all up and see what I think then.

The preworkout gave me a boost for my workouts but it did not taste great. However, the main reason I wanted to try it was to increase the intensity in my workout and with a supplement that doesn’t have a lot of added sugars and I do feel that it helped with that. The flavor for the post workout was also not that great but again, no added processed sugars.

Okay taste, good preworkout.
Like the clean product. The taste is okay but not my favorite. The aftertaste is a little strong on both the preworkout and protein. Enjoyed the preworkout, no shaky feeling.

Excellent Clean Product! 10/10
Excellent product! Clean & natural ingredients! Not like all the other synthetic crap in the market. I’ve definitely noticed a difference with the pre & post. My body feels a whole lot better! Good energy, no bloating, no crashing, no insomnia, no feeling extremely full, etc...just simply the best! The taste is the least of my concerns....I’ve tried stuff that’s really sweet (tons of sugar), but it comes with all the negative side effects that are not worth it. Sometimes we just have to compromise our taste buds for the sake of good health...ask a kid what taste better, a steamed broccoli, or a Donut? Lol
