Once water is ozinated how long does it remain ozinated?

Hello Sherri, Thank you for your inquiry! Ozone is an unstable molecule which quickly changes back to oxygen. The half-life (time for half of the ozone in air to decompose) is 20-60 minutes depending on the temperature and humidity of the ambient air. The half-life in clean water is about the same. Please feel free to reach out to us for anything. We are always here to help with any questions you may have. Keep safe, and have a good one! Voltage? What is the watts draw? Is the ozone generated by ceramic plates or a spark?

I use a normal 120 volt wall outlet. I’m not sure of the process but I do smell the ozone in the air after use.

Will this sterilize? Can I wipe down cabinets and items with it to use the water it produces as a disinfectant?

Hello LD, Our water ozonator has all the accessories you need to clean and sterilize water, while also eliminating smoke and odors. You can even cleanse baby toys or food products. All the best, Anne Customer Obsession Representative Nellam Goods Customer Support

can the timer be programmed to come on for 10 minutes every hour?

Hello Henry, About your question, the Perfecore Water Ozonator does not have an option to be set to work per hour. You can only set a time and once the times up it stops working. I hope this helps! Should you have any other questions, feel free to reach back at any time! All the best, Aya Customer Obsession Representative Nellam Goods Customer Support
