The ad shows a clear flame in the bulb, but it's not like the picture.Picture a flame in a frosted glass.. THAT'S how it looks.Still nice to have. Bought for my father of 89yrs who loves all kinds of light gadgets.This bulb, coupled with an old fashion lantern (that plugs in) will make him ecstatic. He loves rustic, having grown up on a farm.I didn't know it had motion detection. I'll have to revisit it and take a look.4 stars. I'll probably wind up buying one for myself. Don't think I'll be getting a fireplace anytime soon ;-)

I installed these today and they look great on the front of my house, the product work as claimed. i will send a video later when the temp. warms up some. i will leave these light on 24/7 to see how well that stand up and longevity. the results could not have been better, and my wife loves them too. why to go on making a a unique product. i am hoping for long life on the bulbs, and will let you know how they last. temp should get to about 34 tonight herein Texas, i will keep you posted. The media could not be loaded.  These bulbs were exactly what I was looking for. I built a tiki hut in the back yard and wanted a more of a torch look to light the hut in the night without actually having to have an open flame that could potentially start a fire. These worked perfectly! And there are 3 options of how the bulbs function that are very cool. You can have steady light, flickering flame, or a slow pulse that dims and goes bright again. So cool. And they’re LED.. so no worries about the electric bill or them burning out quickly.

It’s really cool how these lights have an orientation sensor in them. They look great from a distance and we loved the flickering effects.I put it in a vintage ceramic Christmas tree and the effect is amazing. The flicker of the flame bulb is very realistic and the LED makes it energy efficient also.It really creates a beautiful effect.Perfect as a night light or outside light. Item 3-4 modes as described and works well.These LED bulbs do not burn out like many others I have bought in the past. I would only buy from TMAM.

These are really nice looking lights that totally change up our front door look. I love the old look of gas flame lanterns and a shop owner recommended these. I think that the actual bulb does look cheap and not at all like a flame but in the lantern and turned on in the dark (which is how you are supposed to use them anyway) they look really cool and change up the entire look of the wall lantern. I definitely recommend.

Only got this product about a week ago but have been very impressed with the "gas light" flame these bulbs produce.It is quite remarkable. We'll have to see how long they will last as I turn them on most all evenings after dark and thru the night. Being LED bulbs I am expecting some long time use. For anyone desiring a little special Flicker, or gas light effect these are great...I can highly recommend them... They are not the cheapest bulbs out there but they may be the best at what they do!!LR Allen

I have searched for a while before buying this led flame effect bulb. The price was higher than others but I thought this won't disappoint me with the quality. Some sellers says that have 4 modes, however this one says 3 modes. When I compared them, I realised that both are same 3 modes, the seller seems trustworthy. I bought this for hallowen, that gave such a nice effect and feeling in my backyard. The seller is very friendly, they sent me follow up emails to check if everything is alright. Thanks for great product!

Love this light bulb. It truly looks like a flame, however please know it isn't real bright so you want to use it somewhere you don't need a brighter light. I would have liked a clear bulb and this is a white frosted type bulb on the outside, however I still love it. I use it on my front porch and it looks great!
