I thought originally it was very good, but then realised that if I left it on a little while continuously, it melts the hairdryer plastic despite being on the lowest setting, though not on coolTherefore need to try with a smaller hairdryer but don’t think it will be sAfePerhaps my drier is too old?

Good value for money. Once you learn the knack of securing the hood in the right place, you'll find that it stays on fine during the time you have the hairdryer on. Ideal for processing time of hair masks or colours that require heat application to develop. Nozzle does tend to slip off the end of the hairdryer if you don't hold it in place depending on the air setting of your dryer. I do mine on hot setting with low air flow to avoid this and to avoid the hood turning into a parachute.

This thing doesn't stay on ur head. Its soo annoying as i had to keep holding it the whole time.
