Best news, it came in one day
I've been postponing buying a new refill cartridge because the comments on all of these products are completely unreassuring. Finally decided to buy a random one and pay the extra for two day shipping.Best news, it came in one day...on memorial day !Used the product immediately and its amazing.Im tired of the negative feedback on so many of these products so here are a few tips:1. Yes the wax will not work right if you try to do it 10 minutes after plugging in your Depilator!!!!! Give it at least 30-40 minutes2. I got the tea tree one and it went on very nice and smooth. Yes twice i had a little clumping of the wax...the depilators aren't perfect and neither are you...this will happen...this does not mean the product is bad.3. Yes wax is hard to remove! Don't waste your money on expensive lotion to remove. Get out your bottle of vegetable oil..pour quarter size amount in your hand and rub it on your legs. Problem solved! Put some vegetable oil on a napkin and then clean your depilator for next time too. For the sake of your dermatologist and your own well being don't go tanning after drenching your legs in oil..yes you will burn. And don't go sit on leather seats either.Anyway this product is amazing. I will keep buying! Thanks

Works like it should.
Bought in spite of negative reviews. Works exactly as expected. Removes my hair, heats up well and evenly, no strong scent. It does the job of keeping my skin smooth and hair-free as well as I expected. I have thick, coarse Italian body hair.

Messy wax
once the wax is hot, it's too hot to handle with bare hands, please use a towel, thick gloves or washcloths when applying this wax on your skin. the roller gets so messy and is hard to clean off. Everything sticks to it.

Great on sensitive skin
This is the 3rd one I order. They are great. I use it to do my bikini was and underarms! I have very sensitive skin and this works just great! Totally recommended.

I'm happy this is prime bc no other sellers on amazon have it prime, but some wax did leak out so the cartridge came a bit sticky. but not too upset abt it bc its good price. would buy again and hope it doesn't leak.
