I got this flashlight 5 years ago. It is hands-down the best flashlight you can get for the price. It is a phenomenal tool that has been rock steady after dozens of drops on concrete, rain, and thousands of miles of travel.I'm writing this review 4+ years later because I'm looking for 5-6 of these to put, in my kit bag, around the house, in my vacation home, and in my vehicles. It has earned a place as something reliable that makes my life simpler. My bro-in-law feels the same way about his. If you can still find this flashlight BUY IT.

The flashlight came with two rechargeable batteries and a charger. The batteries are 3000 mah, and hold their charge well. The charger has a red light when while charging, and turns green when the batteries are charged. There are no directions to tell the user about the "done charging" feature. The flashlight is very bright, and works well. The zoom function is a slider, that moves the lens further or closer to the LED. I would prefer a traditional reflector and rotation zoom function, but that would increase the costs of the product, and this is probably a good compromise. Overall, I am pleased with the flashlight.

Absolutely no instructions. Had to research 15 nonsense YOUTUBE videos before getting a hint on how to move mode-to-mode--->>>CLICK button hard-press yields OFF/ON function, CLICK button soft-press (NO click noise) yields change-steps in function mode. Batteries & charger seem very reliable so far, beam is capable of extreme brightness (for size of flashlight), strobe function might be hazardous for epileptics (?) as is definitely disorienting. Otherwise nice features, build, and function. A good buy...just wish it was American made.

Bought this flashlight about a year ago. I only used it on a few boyscout camping trips and not very long at all. The light will die eventually. The led lights up, but just enough to see that led is even lit. I had someone with a masters in electronics check out the light and batteries. Charger is charging batteries ok and batteries are ok too. The led checks out bad. So id say that the light was nicewhen it was new, but doesnt have the longevity at all, under a year!!!

I ordered about 6-7 of these kits as X-Mas presents to all my family members and actually wished I had picked up another one for myself. The light output is really good with many light options and an adjustable focal lens that you can adjust by pulling on the end of the flashlight. I am very familiar with CREE bulbs in other items and they are definitely considered an industry standard with LED bulbs. I might have had 1 battery that was bad; although I don't know for sure. The lens also puts out a weird squared beam which really isn't a huge issue or deal breaker. Other than these two things, I don't have any real complaints considering the price I paid for them.

Focus Zoom is a handy feature on this product. The clicky switch is a little sensitive on it though it could be flaky can't really determine one way or the other. Definitely not as the other 18650 lamps I have. Would be nice to have a source for components to test for these lights. Since it lights I give it four stars.

Works great so far! It had a problem where when you zoom it would turn off however, it was easily fixed by tightening the middle of the flashlight. This thing is ridiculously bright. I love it and cant wait to take it camping this season!
