Works fine with MicroLogix PLCs
Used to connect to a PLC MicroLogix 1100, works really well and you cannot beat the price. So much cheaper than the official Rockwell cable and this one gets the job done. Why pay more? Includes a mini CD with the drivers.

It Works
I didn't have to install any drivers. (My computer is covered in microcontroller "stuff".) I immediately saw a COM port and it was good to go on a MicroLogix PL1100 series. I believe it's a simple CH340 / RS-232 type device and could be created using a $2 board and a few wires if one had the goofy connector, but this was plug and play for me. I can't complain.

Worked First Time!!!
As you may know, Allen-Bradley software is particular on when it wants to work with devices. RSLinx work first time with this device and went on-line! YEAH!
