Love how this bag looks and feels, however if you want to use it as a backpack at all, its really uncomfortable because the straps are attached at the base of the bag only about 6 inches apart. If they were just spaced further apart this would be a great bag! Will be returning because I want the ease of carrying as a backpack and this isn't made for carrying as a backpack. not sure what the designers were thinking its like they didn't try it on as a backpack.

This bag is as beautiful as it looks in pictures. I think the pockets and size are sufficient, and planned well. I went with another one because the straps weren't very comfortable, and I don't think I would be able to keep it clean and nice.

I cannot say enough about this bag! I have been using this bag for less than a week and I have already received so many complements (I did not receive any complements when using my $400 diaper bag). Both my sister-in-law and my Nanny commented in how beautiful it is and how expensive it looks. My husband angrily mumbled "you bought another expensive bag," when he saw it. They all could not believe the price when I told them.This bag is much larger than I expected it to be. It holds everything you need, with room to spare, without being too big. My other diaper bag did not have the backpack straps and this is what makes this bag my favorite. I love being able to hold her and manage her without fighting with the bag. The hands free is key!I would recommend this bag to everyone! Thank you for making such a quality bag, at an affordable price that combines both style and function!!

The Jemma Bag is the best baby product I own! It’s versatile. You can use it as a shoulder bag or a back pack. With twins, switching to carrying the bag as a backpack makes it very convenient. I always take it on trips because it doesn’t look like a diaper bag.I use all the pockets. It has a deep, open pocket on the outside, which is perfect for dropping in keys. It’s deep enough that they don’t fall out when the bag tips over. There’s also a zip pocket on the outside for safe storage of my cell phone. On the inside, there are multiple sized pockets for small things like snacks or larger items.It’s the perfect size! It’s not huge, but it fits enough for two babies. The big interior fits toys and a baby carrier.I like that it has a matching travel diaper changing pad. And the material is nice, especially for the price.

Wow! The picture doesnt do this justice. Its beautiful and the straps are the same material as the bag. Ordered for a baby shower gift. Much larger in size then I expected. Definitely worth the purchase. My friend will love this for sure! If I ever have a babe, I will be buying this bag, its looks so modern and a lot of space!
