This is such a great pan! My madeleines come out perfect with a nice golden color every time and the rubber on the handles is so helpful too! I love that it’s a more stout shape instead of long. Recommend!

I bought this madeleine pan because the shapes were rounder than the traditional madeleine shape. It's nice to have both the traditional and this rounder shape on the serving plate. One note is that these Bakerdream moulds hold a little less batter than the traditional more oval shape. Not a problem, but interesting to note.

This is an adorable little madeleine pan, which together with the  We Love Madeleines  cookbook (in the same color!) makes the perfect gift. It's also sturdy and makes the perfect dozen.

I divided a pound cake recipe by 3 and made 3 dozen Madeleines American style. The traditional ones are more of a sponge cake which are yummy too. The pan worked very nicely.

cooking sheet worked very good for cookies and chocolate. heavy weight and non stick surface allowed easy releaseof chocolate.

This heavy weight pan made wonderful Madelines! Beautifully browned little cakes that released nicely from the pan from the first batch on. I will purchase another very soon.
