I can do lots of exercises like pull-ups and dips. Setting it up was pretty easy, and it feels sturdy.But, it does wobble a little when I do pull-ups. That said, remember this is not a built-into-ground pull-up bar. So avoid hard swinging while your body weight is hanging from it or I’m pretty sure the screws will need tightening again very very soon.I’m 6ft and 175lbs. So naturally, I feel this bar is a little low for me. Also, if you usually do chin-ups or pull-ups with your legs straightened in front of you, you won’t be able to do so as the stabilizing bar in the center will get in the way. Will need to get used to bending your legs backwards.Assembly was a little confusing at first (I’m not a handy person). Let’s just say their instructions aren’t as detailed as IKEA’s. But shouldn’t be an issue for most.Also the product is very light and can easily be moved around if needed.
