After failing miserably with a multi-layer acrylic case that did not mesh well with the PoE header nor with heatsinks on the USB/wired Ethernet controller, I went hunting again and came across this case.It feels relatively solid, it accommodates my heatsink with room to spare, and is well ventilated. As far as looks go it does lean a little toward the utilitarian side, but I'd rather have that than the toy-ish looks of other cases. I Would probably consider another one of these for my next RPi case. That said, a two-point system for securing the board would have been better than the single screw, but if it's tight enough everything is steady and solid. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Can't access SD card *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2019* SD card is impossible to remove once the case is installed, you'll need to unscrew most of it first. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Tweezers Required *by E***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2018* First off the Pi 3B+ fits into the case very nicely. It is secured only with a single screw near the WiFi chip. Since the USB and Ethernet connectors fit snugly in their holes at the far end, the board is adequately secured for most applications. But it basically floats on its support.The case itself is metal (I like that) and well ventilated on top. But it is basically just a box, mounting of heat sinks (not supplied) on key chips should not be a problem.However the case does not come with any feet (rubber bumps) nor does it have slots for wall mounting. Since the bottom screws are not adequately countersunk, the bottom screw heads could potentially scratch any surface it rests upon. Additionally, the top cover (the only one needed to be removed to insert the Pi), should only be put on one way...since there is a slight cut in the long edge to provide for any ribbon cable to attach to the GPIO connector.Inserting the microSD is no problem.
