Very good quality of a book
This was my first journey on Amazon. I bought this book and requested to ship to my friend located in Prague so that he brought this book back to China for me. It took some times to deliver to Prague. Very good quality of a book, the content is very practical. I hope I can pass the exam of ITIL Practitioner smoothly after I finish reading it.

Great Supplemental Guide - Best if Read in Partnership with other books from AXELOS covering ITIL
Great product, and written in the same style as the other Axelos (TSO) publications for Best Practice so if you're expecting to read this cover to cover, it's a little dry to be enjoyable - it's more of a study aid, or reference guide to the principles. This book is however core guidance for the ITIL Practitioner exam and the day to day application of ITIL across the whole lifecycle.This book is really rather thin on the ground (166 pages including index, glossary and appendices), and is better used as part of an approved ITIL Practitioner course and the ITIL Intermediate Continual Service Improvement (CSI) texts as knowledge of the CSI Best Practice principles are assumed.Overall, if used as a study support and reference guide it's excellent, and well worth the money although it isn't an absolute requirement for the exam as the exam itself is closed book.

Needed for exam
This is the official publication and is very much needed to pass the ITIL Practitioner Certification Exam. This is the only reference book that you are allowed to take into the exam itself. This is also an awesome toolbox for anyone else with examples and templates at the back of the book.
