This is a great way to get your Vitamin C each day and I feel like it's been helping the same as the vitamin C I replaced this with. I do prefer a yummy tasting chewable Vitamin C, but this isn't bad. It has a very mild taste to it and it's easy to swallow. It is an easy to way to keep up your immunity by just taking this each morning. There are a LOT of tablets in here and the bottle will last an easy 6 months. For the price, it's a great deal.

I like to take 1000mg of Vitamin C as part of my daily regimen. This supplement works well and doesn't cause me any stomach issues when taking it. Easy to swallow and fairly decent price (especially if you only want to take 500mg a day).
