Great coaching tool for learning bridge
These place mats contain useful tips, very easy to navigate and read.. They are placemat size, look like plastic, and therefore not terribly 'aesthetic' - very busy looking with 4 place mats on bridge size table - but easy to wipe clean. Value at amazon price is good, not outstanding. For coaching place mats in this price range, this is a very good purchase.

Just like the picture...
It was a little more difficult to put together than I thought and if you have your own screwdriver, crescent wrenches and a rachet set it is easier than the tiny tools included in the box. The stand looks just like the picture, the shelf will not hold much weight...but it seems sturdy enough and I am please with the purchase. I put a 55" Samsung on it and it is fine.

Place Mats for Bridge
The print is a little smaller than I had hoped but that's alot of info to put on a small mat. Bought it for 2 friends to share as they are beginners and they both feel better about having the info right at their fingertips.

very dissappointed
I was very unhappy with the bridge place-mats. The bridge information is very out-dated. For example the mat show a 2 bid in any suit as a strong bid(,21-25 points) In today's bridge a 2 bid in anything except clubs shows a weak hand( as little as 5-11 points with a 6 card suit. Most of the information doesn't apply in today's bridge.The information on the mats would have worked fine ten or twenty years ago, but bridge has changed greatly since that time. It's a great concept. I learned to play years ago with a bridge tablecloth, I like the place-mat version much better,but the information must be up dated. They are worthless the way they are. I would have returned them if it wasn't such a hassle. Darlene Tammel

Great for beginners and old hands at bridge
Purchased these for my bridge club to use. Most players are fairly new at the game and a handy reminder card of points and plays that is easy to read will be perfect for the group. Great product that arrived in a timely manner.

Bridge place mate
Very basic. I've seen some with more advanced information. This seems like old information. Was Ok with it. Not Great.

As a beginner Bridge player these have been very helpful. All the women in my Bridge group ordered them after playing at my house with the placemats. They provide a concise summary of Bridge fundamentals.
