The cups are nice, the cardboard around the cup keeps the cup from getting too hot to hold. I would rate the cups alone five stars. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the lids.The first sign of trouble comes with how tight the lids are packed together, you really need to work to separate the lids. Once I separated the lid, you realize the lids are not as sturdy as other lids. The kicker is the lids don’t fit tight on the cup, you find yourself having to try to hold the lids down against the cup so it wouldn’t leak. Unfortunately, my shirt got spots of hot chocolate on it despite my best efforts.I would give the lids one star. Since the lids make the cups unsuitable for their purchased use, the overall rating for the cups and lids set two stars, I will not be looking to buy them again.

I dont get the bad reviews? Sometimes I think they're from other companies that sell the same kind of product! I read theres a smell??! I smell nothing..I left liquid the other bite in the cup..the next day liquid was..still..there! The cup didnt leak at all ! Also I have super tender skin..I was afraid my HOT tea or coffee would make it unable for me to carry from my kit to the den..Nope! It was just slightly warm and there was boiling hot coffee in it! I HIGHLY recommend and I'll be customer again & again.. Thx !

I was accidentally sent 12 ounce cups instead of 8 ounce and I’m so glad they were the larger size! They’re super durable they have a built-in sleeve around the cup which prevents overheating of your hand and the lids fit perfectly. I have no complaints. I love when my friends coming to visit, Im able to make them some coffee for the road!

I have an espresso machine and guests often ask for a shot to-go. So I got these for that and other uses. For example, my wife is recovering from hip surgery and having a non-breakable cup with lid is great while she's using a walker! Ya never know. Turns out it's really useful to have these for a variety of reasons.

These cups are great. They never leak. The built in insulation not only keeps your coffee/tea warm, it also keeps your hands from getting burnt. I get the smaller size for my morning coffee and have been doing so for the past year. Once I discovered these cups, no other brand compares for comfort, quality and price. Highly recommend. It’s amazing to have such a strong opinion about a coffee cup- but that’s how great they are!

They came just as expected. They are perfect for hot beverages with the double wall it did not get too hot to hold. The lids fit perfectly and they were exactly what I wanted for my party. I do not like to use Styrofoam and these were a great alternative. Our area accepts them to be recycled as well. I did get an e-mail stating that amazon was sending out the wrong size cups, however I received exactly what I had ordered. I would recommend this company and will order from them again.

We used these cups for Hot Chocolate during a country rustic elegance themed wedding rehearsal dinner. The brown paper look fit in perfect. Most important the cups held up and worked perfectly for folks to enjoy hot chocolate.

Ordered these to send a little "tea party" in a box to some friends. Had my nieces color them with artwork before sending and they turned out great.They felt well made as well.
