3 Important Considerations Before You Buy This Watch
3 things to consider before you buy this watch: it's fragile; the warranty is weak; and the watchband is a bit short and not adjustable.This is a very attractive watch but it broke after wearing it 3 times for about 4 hours each time. The watchband design is fragile as it separated from the watch on one side after relatively minimal wear (see pic). Most watchbands have pins that attach it to the watch. The Hams watch does not. It appears that the band attaches by 2 raised edges on the band where it is inserted into the side of the watch. A flawed design.According to the watch's posting on the Amazon site, they have a 90 day worry-free guarantee. I contacted Amazon with the intent of sending them the watch so that Hams would replace it with a new one. Because Hams isn't an authorized seller on Amazon, all Amazon could do is give me a refund. No problem--but when the customer service rep sent me an email with the return label, the refund amount was $3.60 less than what I paid. The rep tried to navigate me to the Hams storefront site so I could deal directly with Hams (which is what Hams says in their warranty), but that did not work. After 40 minutes on the phone with him, the solution was Amazon will refund me $14.39 and will give me a $3.60 online credit towards an Amazon future purchase.Also, if you have a wide wrist, the watchband likely won't fit. I'm 6' 3 and my wrists are normal for my size. However, I had to use the next to last hole on the band to secure it. The watch will not fit on a wider wrist.

It was a gift for my husband and he loves it. The band is a bit short but excellent other than that.
