Skeptical as I was going in, this has impressed me. I did have to get a bit creative with some aluminum foil and adjust the timing downward from what was recommended - especially for chicken - but generally I was satisfied and pleased with the results. If you crave rolled tacos but don't want to use lard, this is your go-to, just FYI.I docked a star because the panel doesn't consistently respond to the touch and the power button requires more pressure than it should given all of the other buttons don't.

I am a big fan of fried stuff. But I also want to watch my weight. This product fit right in.Surprised by its build quality. It's way beyond my expectation from a brand name I've never heard before.Exceptional with 2 years factory warranty, plus the exterior material seems to be flame retardant. It's good to know the manufacturer still concern about the safety since it's a kitchen cookware.First, I tried it with left over fries from McDonald's. Operation is pretty straight forward, no need to dig into manual. And the fries taste as good as it just came out of McDonald's kitchen.Then, I tried it with supermarket frozen hash brown. And it taste as good as I pan fried it myself. I am telling you, that I'll never go back to regular pan fried or deep dried stuff again.I will give it 10 stars if I could.

The carrier on bottom end has burn on the rubber bottom other than that it’s ok for first air fry
