I bought these cartridges in advance to use with my HP281fdw printer for the moment when the cartridges supplied with the printer finally ran out of toner and I was shocked when I discovered that they failed to work in the printer as they weren’t accepted by my printer.What was even worse was that due to the fact that because the original cartridges lasted for over 6 months it meant I was out of time to return them☹️. I did report this at the time but they only offered me another set of their cartridges, however, as I knew they weren’t compatible this was of little help. Despite me stating this at the time I haven’t heard any more.As a result I have been forced to purchase HP own make cartridges at a far greater cost.

Ordered a set of these in June 2018. By November the black cartridge was leaving black lines on all the prints. Haven't bothered to contact Zoomtec about getting a replacement, because after reading the previous review I see there may be a quality issue with these cartridges. I've just ordered a genuine HP black toner replacement although its cost much more.

These seemed to work ok, but after a month or so they started leaving black lines on all the prints. I've finally had to buy some brand new original HP toners to replace these, and the HP ones work fine (although a lot more expensive). Zoomtec have sent replacement cartridges without any quibble. It will be a while until I can test them, but I have put 4 starts for service.
