Great Protein. Much like the whey isolate by the same brand mixes really well and has a nice consistency when mixed with water. No chalky / powdery aftertaste.

You actually feel the difference!
I have tried all kinds of protein powder brands and always hoped that they were doing something to my body to aid recovery as I train Martial Arts which takes a toll on my body at my age. This brand has been the only one I have actually felt a difference waking up the following day of a hard training session. I would only take it on the evenings I train, right before bed. I have never experience the feeling of waking up after training with my muscles not feeling so sore and actually feeling like I had rested or recovered during the night. I won’t be trying any other protein shakes as this is the first time I actually feel the difference on my body! Great product and can’t recommend enough!

Stumbled upon this little gem after searching for the best value whey protein - glad I did! Since I was looking to for a replacement for my cottage cheese night diet before bed.
