A: Yes!  I’ve done lots of workouts in these and they provide good coverage.

A: 3 packs.

**Q: Is it real Alway??**
A: Of course, they are pads, with wings that are easy on the delicate skin in the crotch area.  I love them.  They are not panty  liners.  You can wear them with your own underwear.

**Q: where is the sizing chart it says in description. 1,2,3,4    that doesnt tell me how long they are**
A: The package says size 2 and they are about 7in-8in long
