High quality thermal paste/pad, but hard to install
Performance - Using a 13900k @ 290w with a corsair H115i (280mm radiator) & a thermalright contact frame. Moving from stock corsair thermal paste to this pad decreased cinebench temps from ~93c to ~90c. For thermal paste, a 3c difference is pretty impressive. The 13900k will always run hot, but this pad gives you some extra breathing room. Installation - Not fun. Pad is thin, and strongly adheres to plastic. I froze the pad before installation (less chance of ripping) & used a hair dryer to melt the pad a bit after applying it (to remove second plastic piece). Expect this part to take some time and frustration. Notes - Based on packing materials that mention "phase change temp", I am assuming this is rebranded ptm 7950. Most other ptm 7950 listing cost more, and come with a degree of uncertain authenticity. As thermalright is a legitimate company, this seem to be the cheapest and most reliable way to acquire this type of thermal paste. As to its performance, ptm 7950 is still pretty new in the pc building space, but early adopters report that performance improves over time, with some listing reporting 1000 curing cycles to reach max thermal conductivity. I've only been using the pad for about 2 weeks, so I can't vouch for the long term performance yet.

Excellent but can be a bit tricky to install
Used it on my GPU die and motherboard chipset dies to bring down temps. GPU had a major difference as I think the thermal paste that came from the factory had started to give/pump out or something. Reduced my temps from very high hot spots on my 7900XTX to reasonable hot spots. Chipset die I'm not sure how much it did but I think the fan on the x570 chipset is a bit more calm now. I did have issues with getting it to stick and come off the plastic but even if it breaks as long as you get everything covered when it heats up it should liquefy and hopefully be ok as long as no air bubbles.

For the love of god, put it in freezer first
Put it in freezer (not fridge) for 15 minutes and then use it. Or else it’ll just not stick. Temps are higher than before (educated guess, didn’t benchmark before) but that’s to be expected, takes 10-15 thermal cycles to reach its full potential so benchmark with furmark. Surprisingly , temps drop faster after getting out of apps.

Be prepared to sweat trying to put this on. Refuses to let go of the plastic.
The other reviewer is right on the money when they say that it is frustrating. I bought three in case I messed up, and 2 of the strips were crinkled - they are in a hard packaging box, but it was mailed in bubble wrap packaging. I would say it may be crinkled from the factory since it was the only thing "damaged" - the boxes were in perfect shape. I applied one, and of course it tore at the wrinkle in it, so I used the second sheet with a wrinkle in it to patch the 1st, creating my own Frankenstein of a thermal sheet. At least all of the bare metal on the processor is covered, and the pressure from the heatsink will level any high spots. Just be mindful of how Amazon sends your sheets - if in a bubble mailer, it may end up having a wrinkle in the sheet - if in a box and wrinkled, then its due to the factory.

Box had been opened and taped back shut
Seal had been pulled off product, and the product was stuck to inside the packaging within box. Just glad I ordered 2 - the second unit was fine. Product functions as it should.

Be patient when installing.
I bought two of the Intel versions. I applied it to my 13900K, and an EVGA 3090. Both of them had issues with sticking to the plastic, but I just slowed down and remained patient. Even with small tears in the material, you have to remember that once it heats up it'll liquify and join together once again. Both my processor and GPU are covered for a while as this won't suffer pump out. The temps are good immediately after installing, but they will get better with time which is even better. Remember patience is key with this product. I bought two, and used two.

İ9 14900HX işlemcili laptopumu resmen dizginledi. Bu kadar beklemiyordum. Doğru uygulanması önemli, uygularken dikkat edin.

The thermal paste wouldn't separate cleanly from the paper it comes on, so it couldn't be used.
