- 2,500mg Betaine Base (Trimethylglycine aka TMG) - More commonly referred to as betaine (BEET-ah-een) it's a derivative of the amino acid glycine. TMG is commonly found in beets (where the name betaine came from), whole grains, shellfish, and spinach. Much like creatine, it's main function is to act as an "osmolyte" and increase water retention in cells. It can improve muscle power output and endurance to help in your workouts. *
- 25mg DiCaffeine Malate (Infinergy) - patented and precise form of caffeine and malic acid fused together, and created by Creative Compounds. It's a milder form of caffeine with less "jitters" to minimize the energy "crash" experienced by some people. *
- 1,000mg Agmatine Sulfate - promotes blood flow to which helps achieve the elusive "pump". *
- 2,000mg Beta Alanine - This is an amino acid that helps elevate carnosine levels in muscles, which lead to reduced fatigue and increased exercise volume. Beta Alanine is also what causes "the tingles" in some people, as a common side effect. *
