Q: Will this fit the Gopro Hero 5?

I believe that it will work, I don't know if they changed the design from hero 4 to the hero 5..... I am waiting on a response from the manufacturer as well.

Q: Will this mount fit the standard gopro mount in the toyota tacoma?

If it is a standard Gopro mount it should fit, I don't have a Tacoma.

Q: Is there a thumbscrew available to replace the Phillips screw? Needing a screwdriver to adjust the angle makes no sense.

Once you have attached the ball adaptor to the camera you adjust the angle by loosening the thumb screw on the mount and moving the camera long with the ball.

Q: whats exact hardware bolts screws nuts are included with exact size?

It is a #2 Phillips head screw, washer, and nut. I discarded the screw and using one of my spare thumb screws from GoPro. the nut is the same size and thread pitch as the thumb screw.
