This strap was purchased for physical therapy. As described, it doesn't stretch and is extremely sturdy. The material is not frayed. The color is accurate, a bright yellow. I appreciate the images on the box that show various ways of using the strap. The price was low. Although the box was delivered in Amazon packaging, it arrived damaged on both ends. Since this was not a gift and it functions as promised, I kept the product and did not deduct any stars from the rating.

I absolutely love the stretching strap. It definitely helps with stretching my legs n spine n hips it helps to take the pain away in those areas I highly recommend this product and the price with shipping and handling is not bad at all either

Comes with suggested exercises on the back of the box. Very strong with several sections of grips along the strap, making it not only one size fits all, but versatile to stretching and yoga positions.

This yoga strap helps me do my at-home knee exercises on the days I don’t go to physical therapy for my total knee replacement. I’m able to do heel slides and am now bending my leg back to the extent that my doctor advised me. I love the bright purple color, too.

These are great and serve a multitude of exercises. During my Knee replacement surgery postop, I use them to grade advantage for mobility and for stretching exercise exercises for my new knee.
