Update 8/30/18: What can I say? Their commitment to 100% customer satisfaction paid off. Zach was studious in emailing me and wanting descriptions of the leak issues I ran into, and stressed how important it was I didn't over tighten the replacement. I decided the best method was to slowly screw on and then test for leaks, instead of screw, screw, screw, test. I advise anyone else buying to do the same. A month of use later and no leaks! I agreed to try another, will update review in another month after seeing how the second goes.Original 7/15/18: Agree install was fairly simple, worked well for a month, then started leaking and appeared to leak from multiple joints including the on/off handle. Wasn't left on at the time I noticed the leaking, I know that can cause pressure build up. Tried to fix by applying more plumbers tape and screwing back on, over tightened hose attachment easily and the attachment broke, appears it was soft. So I'm giving three stars since issues clearly also part my fault.

I purchased two of these and had a plumber install them. One worked fine, The other spewed water as soon as the water source was turned on. This seems to be a recurring problem with an unreasonable percentage of these toilet sprayers. I don't get it. This ain't rocket science. I'm hoping the working sprayer will continue to work and won't create a flooding problem if it leaks when I'm not home.

This is a really good bidget sprayer. It has been good for spraying off diaper poo. It was a bit on the pricey side so that’s why I took off 1 star, otherwise this is a nice sprayer.

Easy to install. Works great! Love the convenience of not having to do the "dunk and swish" into the toilet with my grandbabies' cloth diapers. Used to use only disposables when they visited, but now it's so convenient (and earth friendly) that we will be using cloth going forward. Thanks Eco Aligned!

This was easy installation and the package came with all the tools for the installation. The water pressure of this can be very powerful which was great when I was trying to clean the toilet but can also be adjusted for a small flow if necessary.

great product - a little harder to install then expected

Very easy to install. No tools needed! No leaks at all so far after 8 weeks.
