This is a very sharp zester, with small-medium holes, and an easy to hold handle. The cutting surface is 1” wide and 8” long, with another ~5” for the handle. It comes with a plastic cover, which is important because you don’t want to brush this the wrong way while rummaging through a drawer in the kitchen. And it appears to be stainless steel (labeled as such) with a comfortable, easy to grip handle.It zests very well. See the attached pictures, but it made short work of some ginger. On some lemon, we ran into a little bit of an issue - it is so sharp and effective, that it goes straight through the outer yellow layer and includes some of the white when zesting. Doing the same spot more than once very quickly hits juice. My wife tells me that the ideal for zesting is to have just the yellow outer layer and nothing more; so you will have to use a light touch when zesting lemons or limes to avoid going too deep.This is a quality kitchen tool that my wife is very happy to have. Unfortunately, the issue with zesting lemons keeps it from being outright love, and more of a well liked tool.The product was provided to me at a discount in exchange for a review. This zester is really sharp and works really well. It comes with a safety cover, thankfully as it s to sharp to keep in the drawer without it. Just be careful when putting it on and taking it off as it really is very sharp, which is why it works so well. I have used it on cinnamon sticks and it was great, also on limes and on cheese. It was great for the hard cheese, it was so easy to grate and that was great. The handle is easy to hold onto and to grip. And it cleaned well as well, although I was very careful since it's so shar. I used a brush, it can go into the dishwasher but. Wasn't sure if the tiny holes wild have come clean, or that it might not scratch something else and as it seamst enough to clean by hand I did.I and happy with this grater.I did receive this at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I am building up my kitchen tools and noticed this item was for sale. I was interested in buying it because I don't own a grater at all in my kitchen and I thought it would be useful to have one considering I want to create dishes that require finely grated cheeses and other touches of flavors. This product arrives in a white rectangular box that fits to the sizing of the product. There isn't much advertisement besides a small label indicating the contents of the box. The razor sharp stainless steel blade is surrounded by bubble wrap so there is much thought and consideration on the shipping and handling of this product. First thing I noticed was how easy it was to hold this stainless steel blade grater with one hand. But this product is no doubt made of high quality material. The grip handle is very nicely crafted. It helps with holding the grater steady. It is a pretty green color that is a bit more deeper than shown in the original imaging of the product. Now the stainless steel part of the grater is absolutely stunning. It is very important that this part of the product holds up to par with the job description. I tested it out on cheese and the product did its job with no issues. I love how easy it is to clean this product after each use. It is easy to store in the cabinet drawer. I haven't had any issues with rusting so that is a major plus. I give this product a five star rating based on performance of the product.
