Feel the burn!!
I'd rate it a five if they listed the ingredients.It burns similar to SPRIX© nasal spray, but there's nothing left in your nose afterwards.

Worked initially....
I had extreme congestion all winter , was using everything you could think of. Bought this for 16 plus dollars a bottle.....it work the first couple of uses, but after that i would have to keep re-applying every hr or so. I still have most of the bottle left and dumped that for over the counter nasal relief.

They don't really tell you what specifically is in this, only that its a proprietary blend, and I suspect I am allergic to the ingredients. I haven't had this reaction since I tried a nasal spray with capsaicin (pepper). This feels similar so I wonder. I wish they'd label the actual ingredients.At any rate, it stung a lot, which I was prepared for, but after using it I began to feel a crawling skin sensation, which then manifested itself in small irritated pings all over my face, scalp and upper chest.So, a mild allergic reaction to the ingredients. Mystery ingredients.I am dissatisfied.

This stuff works
Bought two bottles to test the claims of a friend. Then after using it. Went back and bought all there was but two bottles. Headaches go bye bye like magic. No joke.

I don't know how it works but it works!
This stuff burns like a *%*!*#!! but it WORKS! I originally got it for a bad sinus infection. Cleared my nasal passageways in a few mins and pounding head gone. I have since used it for allergy symptoms and migraines works with in a few minutes every time.The burning sucks but it only lasts a few seconds and it is better then a whole day suffering. Plus I like that I don't have to wait a certain amount of time to use again if needed and no side effects.

Helpful, but a painful nasal flush to use
This product was recommended by a doctor for mid winter sinus and upper respiratory problems. And it does help, but I found it too painful to continue to use.
