The box was crushed in the journey to me and when my friend opened it there was a little defect on the top left shown in the pic. Sounds silly but as this is a sentimental gift we know it’s there

I ordered this for myself and when it come I was so pleased with it at the cost that I ordered 7 more of these as a surprise Xmas present for my brothers & sisters to light a candle for the times they cannot get to the cemetery it was easy to get a photo to fit and the lettering of the verse is clear and well written I know they are going to be as pleased as I am

So disappointed. The spelling was incorrect, I sent it back, told them that the spelling was wrong and they sent another with the same mistakes so I didn’t buy another. Very sad. Great customer service though and no problems in returning.

Bought this a gift for a friend who sadly lost her mum recently and her dad had already passed. Now she has something to put a pic in and light a wee candle when she is thinking about them. She was overwhelmed and loved the gift, made her cry but in a good way, says it's the nicest gift she had ever received.

wording went from male to female to plural to singular. absolute rubbish.
