Why did I not get it earlier
This is absolutely life changing. With this pillow I was able to sleep through the night. It is made of foam so gives you good support and not falling on one side like the others do. I still use it after birth and for breastfeeding

Good quality, but some pros and cons
The height of my pregnancy has been during the summer, so the thought of a massive sausage shaped cushion that would take up the whole bed sounded hot and uncomfortable to me, not to mention my husband. Also, I am a back sleeper, so my main concern when searching for a pregnancy pillow was making sure it would stop me rolling onto my back. So when I found this pillow, it seemed worth a try.On arrival, the smell was unpleasant, but it easily came out in the wash and there is no longer any odour. Wash the cover inside out with the zip done up, and don’t worry about the foam- the smell of that fades completely after a couple of uses and is barely noticeable with a freshly washed cover anyway.I found it a bit hard to get used to at first. Pros are that at least 75% of the time, it did stop me from waking up flat on my back. Occasionally I would, because I’d have ended up in between the wedges, but I knew that was bound to happen occasionally. It also meant that when the pain of being on either side was too much, I could lay partly on my back without too much anxiety because I knew that the weight of my bump was slightly to one side. I admit I don’t know if this makes a difference, but I didn’t feel light headed or uncomfortable so I think it did. Their size also made them easier to manage and manoeuvre in bed, and portable for staying at other houses. The wedge under my bump felt very comfortable when it was starting to grow rapidly, and relieved some of the pressure. The wedges had other uses too, like sitting up and reading. Now for the cons. Although you don’t wake up completely on your back when you’re on a wedge, the further along and therefore heavier you are, the more squashed the wedge is and therefore flatter (and so a bit pointless) so it’s not ideal for late pregnancy. I am currently 39 weeks, and I stopped using the pillows 2 weeks ago. However, I also no longer wake up on my back because the bump is so big it’s really awkward and uncomfortable, and I am genuinely more comfy on my side. So take that into account. Also, the bigger my bump, the less pleasant the wedge felt underneath it. It’s big enough now not to need support as it just rests on the bed. Another couple of cons: rolling over is always awkward in pregnancy, and these pillows did make it more awkward because you’d have to shuffle forwards and then roll a bit, then shuffle backwards and roll a bit more- a bit like doing a multi-point turn in the car. Another reason why I don’t use them now I’m so big, as I don’t want to have to completely wake up and sit up in order to change position. Last problem was pain. On your side is okay. A pillow between your knees and a thickish/firm pillow under your head to keep your spine in line are part of the solution, so bear that in mind as you will need those too (I just used the spare pillows/cushions at home and was fine). On your back, laying against the wedge, I often woke up feeling completely out of joint, because although my back would be supported at an angle, the wedge is not long enough to go under the hips, which would hang off the edge and twist my spine. I had to improvise with my knee pillow to try and counter this, and there was no perfect fix. That said, this is a problem with being a stubborn back sleeper, and I have to ask myself the question, would a different maternity pillow have been better? And I genuinely think the answer is no. A sausage shape with a curved edge would have been much easier to roll off when I leaned back against it. The wedge shape at least meant this was less likely. Perhaps if the wedges were longer across, they could have provided more support down a greater length of the spine when leaned on, but then that might have made side-sleeping with a pillow between the knees more awkward.Overall, I think this was a pretty good pregnancy pillow with a lot of advantages over the big ol’ sausage, and one of the best things about it is that I can now store it easily ready for the next pregnancy as it isn’t absolutely humongous! I recommend it for back sleepers, along with making sure you have a decent head support and knee pillow. You will suffer discomfort in your shoulders and hips if you don’t take those into account.

Comfortable!
It is very comfortable to lie on, it can relieve the discomfort of lying on my side, and it can also put my feet up to relieve swelling. It can be disassembled or combined for use. The size is also moderate and does not take up too much space. It is very convenient to use. Overall, worth a try!

If your having trouble sleeping... buy this pillow!
Best pregnancy pillow! It comes vacuum packed but opens out to a strong but squishy beauty! I was weeping in pain every night before this pillow because of the weight of my baby bump on my spine and it was getting me down. It stays in place all night and I'm having much better nights! Makes a big big difference. Well worth the money! I've tried other pillows like the long ones but I found they were heavey and move around making me feel claustrophobic and hot. I don't leave many reviews on products but if you're having trouble sleeping like I was, get this pillow! you won't be disappointed! X

Ok but expected more given the price
Kept seeing this pillow being advertised so bought it as currently 7 months pregnant so felt I needed more pillow support. It kind of works as it does provide more support than the full oversized pillow I have. However it doesn’t stay in place so you do have to keep rearranging it through the night. There is also a dreadful smell to it. It’s the pillow itself rather than the outer case so can’t get rid of it. Kind of like a factory smell. Not pleasant at all.

Best thing I bought in pregnancy - ideal for pelvic girdle pain
I can't believe I didn't buy this sooner.Takes up much less.space than a pregnancy pillow and gave me much needed support during my third trimester.Tucked under my bump much better than a standard pregnancy pillow.

Comfortable but concerns about safety of pillow material
Pillow has helped with lying on the side during 3rd trimester. Helps to hold up both the belly and the back. Adjustable width makes it great to find perfect size for own comfort. My only concern was the pillow material - there are no details about what material is used, and when the pillow arrived it smelled extremely toxic for at least three days (I aired it out until the smell went, but I was concerned about the safety/toxicity of the material nonetheless). The product description says it is "safe" but does't give the name of the actual material so that users can check what it is.

Lifesaver for pregnant women
I’m in my third trimester now and my bump is getting uncomfortable so I have to wedge my arm or a pillow under there. Nothing ever works until I bought this. So worth it. Finally got a good nights sleep lastnight. Definitely recommend!
