This is brilliant got it for my dad who had part of the bone in his leg replaced with metal plating due to an accident and finds his leg stiff he said it’s amazing helps to lossen up a lot highly recommend

This is a good job for working out the knots & the doms

These were much larger than I expected but should have read the size so it is no fault on the product itself. Good quality and long lasting but I prefer the smaller balls for massage.
