This is a present for my wife for Christmas, it was on back order I finally got it on Jan 5th no biggy. I was happy to wait for a product with near perfect reviews. I've heard heard about Gravity Blankets on the Elvis Duran Show on the radio and how they loved it. I did some research and found out the Gravity Blankets cost $250.00+ and also you have to buy a cover as well.I found this blanket on Amazon and read all of the reviews and was surprised. I also found a fairly inexpensive cover. As allot of you reading this came here for the ratings and pictures. Plus the price is a good deal compared to more expensive ones out there for the same results.When I finally got it and put the cover on it my wife was very happy to get it. After lying with her for a couple of minutes. I've noticed that the edges felt VERY LIGHT. So I proceeded to try to move some of the filler from one pocket to another and shaking the blanket. After I've noticed that the pockets were individually sealed and filler couldn't be transferred I then opened the cover and inspected the pockets. Upon inspection of just the bottom edge I found that it was completely empty of glass beads and only polyester type filler.I then check the next row and felt about 25% of the amount of filler. The next row was very inconsistent in the amount of filler. I didn't take the whole cover back off because of the tethering on the edges plus I didn't want to make a huge scene in front of my wife with be diagnosing the purchase I just made. I don't have extreme OCD, but for the price this is very annoying in the variance of pocket to pocket and weight distribution. Although my wife is content with it on day one, we will see how this pans out.So I spent about 120 for the blanket and 44 for the cover. I spent less than 200. When the Gravity Blanket with a cover is 350. I will update in a week with the wife approval or not.Update: I ended up returning it. Going to try a different company.

I have suffered from anxiety for a while. I was incredibly excited to try out this blanket!On the quality: it’s very well made! Like others reviewed, the stitching is quite well done and everything is a lot better quality than expected. It even has little loops on the corners and I believe those are to attach a duvet cover so that was a nice little extra. I didn’t know anything about weighted blankets so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised! On the usage: I tend to not get very much deep sleep and wake up tired the next day almost all the time. I saw results with this blanket just on the first night! It also really helps my restless legs. It keeps just enough pressure on them to help me not fidget around. I also really enjoy this blanket when I’m just not feeling myself anxiety-wise. It’s like a hug you can wrap yourself in!On the purchase: I purchased and within 6 hours, it had shipped. It arrived a full 24 hours sooner than I expected! Very impressive and easy to work with seller. I would definitely consider purchasing from them again!Overall, this is DEFINITELY a product to give a try if you struggle with anxiety, depression, or sleep issues. I’ve only been using it for a few days and I can already tell a difference.

I've been considering purchasing a weighted blanket for quite some time. However, some were either way too small or way too pricey. HomeSmart's premium weighted blanket hit the mark right on the spot for me with their generously sized blanket at a more than reasonable price point.Restless/fitful sleep is something I've suffered with for 15 years due to a traumatic experience in 2003. I've been taking medication to help me sleep, but as the years go on, I've had to keep adjusting it as I've grown used to it. Even then, I don't always stay asleep through the night. I often wake up tired and then have to drink a lot of caffeine to keep me going.I've only been using this blanket for a few days, and the difference in my sleep is amazing. In tracking my sleep pattern via fitbit, it used to look like an EKG, so many up and down spikes from tossing and turning and so many periods of me being "awake." Now, there are longer patterns of me staying asleep and I'm starting to feel a little better due to sleeping better. I hope in time, I can lessen my sleep medication or eliminate it altogether :)Thank you HomeSmart for creating this amazing product!

I just LOVE this blanket. I noticed that over the summer with just a light cool blanket over me while I slept, I was uncomfortable and didn't sleep great. I also struggle with general anxiety and have been curious about weighted blankets. I decided to give this one a try and it is SOOOO comfortable. As soon as I put it over me, I can't help but smile and feel relaxed. Several family members and friends thought it was strange whenever I told them I bought a weighted blanket because their perception is that they for animals or someone with Autism. I insist on having them try it and each time they do, the same smile and calm falls over them too! I sleep MUCH better with this blanket. My husband has restless leg syndrome (which wakes ME up when he twitches) but ever since I purchased this blanket, his legs have not bothered him while he sleeps. We are BOTH sleeping much better. I plan on buying another, smaller blankets so I can use it in my lap when I am reading. I highly recommend this blanket if you want better sleep and/or comfort!

Ok so this is worth the hype! My 12 year old son is a terrible sleeper... takes forever to fall asleep, talks, walls and hard to stay asleep. I don’t know exactly what it is about this blanket but the nights have been so much better. He still talks randomly but not half as much as before and it doesn’t take him long to fall asleep. At first he wasn’t sure about being. Under something so heavy so he kept is leg out now he’s under 100% and loves it. Wakes up in a better mood since is quality of sleep is way better. He even recognizes the changes. It’s been a little over 2 weeks. Very happy so I bought one for my other 2 children’s 6 and 8. I’m very surprised how well this works!!! Would recommend it to anyone!!!

I wasn’t sure if i’d like a weighted blanket but decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the 15 lbs blanket and Love it. I find I move much less in the night now, and therefore sleep better. Customer service is also great.

I got it for my daughter as a birthday present and she loved it! so warm and comfy. She has a double size bed but this size covered the top of the bed which is perfect!

So sift the colour is beautiful and it’s heavy as it should be. Hasn’t served it’s purpose as it’s a gift

This is the first weighted blanket we have ever purchased, it's for my son and he absolutely loves it says he gets a good night's sleep and feels like he's tucked in nice and tight. We will be buying one for ourselves very soon.

Blanket is nicely stitched and attractiveDelivery was prompt. Because This was purchased as a Christmas present so it hasn't been used yet
