Good quality and easy to install. Replaced sink and eliminated a disposal. These work great for catching debris.

This drain/strainer is awesome! We had a plastic one before since it was red and matched our kitchen utensils, but it kept breaking because people didn't know how to use it and get it to stay in one position or another so it had been reglued numerous times. And the silicone strainer/stopper that I tried didn't hold water. This setup on the other hand is great! Yes, keep in mind that it is deeper than traditional drains, so you will need to adjust the height of the pipe it attaches to. You'll also probably need some sort of pipe wrench to get the old drain out and tighten the new one. It probably doesn't require a plumber, just the right tools.

We went through 3 drains trying to find a quality one for our epoxy sink. This one has enough threads to adjust to the thickness of the sink, doesn't leak, drains well, and has a great basket. Such an upgrade from the basic drain!

The product was nice enough but I had to return it because it will not fit any sink that is not stamped out of metal. The threads are too short, you can see it in the product pictures.
