This is only the second probiotic supplement that I have tried and in just one week of taking it I am already feeling results! I am always on the hunt for a good probiotic. The main components I look for are shelf stability and quality. I feel that this product meets my needs. I have only just began taking the product and feel benefits already. The first major benefit was that my energy levels increased and I didn't feel as bloated after eating a salty meal.
