Very nice product
This is a really good item, better than we expected even. It is well build and looks great. Don't expect the drawers to work as good as dresser drawers as it is a hanging design. Simply hold the unit with one hand as you operate the drawer with the other, it works fine. It's best if you hang it so that the back is against the wall, giving it more stability. Also be sure the rack holding it is sturdy, especially if you have multiple units. We have three hanging together in a walk in closet - they look and work great. This is a low cost alternative to nice storage in such a situation. As these are fabric design, don't try to put in heavy objects like tools, cups, china... etc. We expect over time these will probably sag or warp somewhat, but we like them so much we will consider reinforcing them with some additional bracing, a simple task if that happens, we'll see.

Love it
Good construction and good materials. It hangs sturdy and doesnt seem to get dirty fast (a concern with storing shoes on fabric). The drawers on the bottom are good for things that are not used all the time. I probably would not like it if I had to go in it every day, but scarves, gloves, leggings if you only wear them occasionally are all perfect for that area.

Great customer service
I received this product the other day. There was a mis-stitch in the bottom shelf that made it hang wrong, but for the price I wasn't going to bother returning it. I could still use the other shelves. Customer service reached out the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the product and I explained that the bottom shelf was crooked but didn't want to bother returning it. They overnighted me a new one at no charge, which was perfect. These guys are a small business and I'm happy to support them anyone who appreciates their customers. The shelves seem sturdy and look really nice. Plenty of room in then and so nice to have drawers.

This is the best thing that has happened to my closet
This thing is a lifesaver - it's incredibly sturdy and allows me to see all of my shoes. It is wider than the shoe rack I previously owned, but I would gladly exchange a little more space for something that is able to hold the weight! I also like the drawers at the bottom - I have used mine to store purses and winter hats and gloves.

This is he best thing that ever happened to shoes. What I love the most is that I can see all my shoes at once and they are at the perfect height to get at them, I get dizzy when I have to bend down. Delivery was fast and I do recommend it.

Great storage unit for shoes and bags!
Sturdy and an easy way to actually see what shoes you have nicely organized. I can see this would come in handy for home office items, too, such as stapler, tape, extra printer cartridges. Don't limit its use to just shoes!
