I ordered 30 of the LED Replacement Tubes for fluorescent fixtures with ballast. While most of the LED replacement tubes required the removal of the ballast and a slight rewiring of the fixture, I wanted LED replacement tubes that would just replace the existing fluorescent tubes with no rewiring or disconnecting of the ballast. Worse case scenario, there wouldn't work and I would have to return them. Luckily for me, they worked in every one of the fluorescent light fixtures that are in my home. I purchased the 5000k version and they are much brighter than the old fluorescent tubes and I like them a lot more. I thought that all of my light fixtures contained four tubes, but, some were only two tubes, so I have a few extra LED tubes.The LED tubes were very well packed. There were five layers of semi rigid foam sheets that had six channels (or grooves) in the foam where each individual LED tube could safely rest. and on the very top layer, they covered the tubes a 3/4 inch sheet of foam. Now the box containing the LED tubes were place inside another larger box with packing material around the box with the tubes. Needless to say, the LED tubes were cocooned nicely and all of the tubes arrive in Hawaii safely. Congrats to the seller for packing the LED tubes so well.I would highly recommend this seller and this product (if you're looking for a direct replacement of your old fluorescent tubes with new LED tubes. No Fuss, No Muss. Just install and enjoy.)

These lamps are great! I'm starting to have 5yr old Philips florescents burn out so I'm wanting to convert to LED but everything else I've found requires wiring around the ballasts. I pulled my old lamps out, put these in and they work great with no rewiring! The packaging is very good and there was no damaged or faulty lamps. The photos I've included show the packaging as well at the lamps installed next to my existing Philips TL850's. The Philips are a 5000K color just like the LEDs but they have a pinkish tint next to the LEDs. The light is very clean and white. It even makes my walls look cleaner! The light output is virtually the same even though these are rated at 2200 lumens and the Philips are rated at 2850 lumens. I find this typical of LEDs because the light is all aimed in a usable direction rather than some of it shining up at your fixture. On a another note, the purchase cost difference between these LEDs and the Philips florescents will be offset by the operating cost savings in 9 months at the electric rates I pay. At 15 months they will have paid for themselves. If they last 5 years like the Philips lamps I will have saved $24 per lamp on operating cost, $18 of which stays in my pocket! I have 200 of these running everyday..... I will definitely be buying more.

broken the lights 100% can't believe that ㅡ,ㅡ OMG

I received my 30 bulbs, they were packaged securely, no broken bulbs and They worked ok with my existing ballasts, I have fifteen 2 bulb fixtures and one of the bulbs wasn't as bright as the other in all my fixtures so I decided I would bypass the ballasts.I wired them so that they were hot at one end and they work perfectly. The instructions that come with the bulbs are very deceiving because they lead you to believe that they can only be used with the ballasts, One end has a warning not to hook up a neutral and hot to it so I figured that I could wire the neutral and hot wire at the other end and they worked perfectly, I got the 5000k and they are super bright. I would definitely recommend these lights.

Great Bulbs, LED-8TDF-GLF5-4FT-18W-50K we ordered these for my place of employment. The the sales add running says the bulbs are QuestLED, we recieved EnVisionLed bulbs, I don't know if that's a marketing thing or not I'm not looking into that. Anyhow... the bulbs are exact specs of what we ordered. The instructions included in the box clearly states in the CAUTION area that the bulbs run on electronic ballasts. The instructions included in the running add say otherwise, so some confusion was going on for a bit. Because I am brave I had a fixture already bypassed ready to go with wiring on both ends and the bulb works. My suggestion get some better instructions in that box. Once again great bulb! AA++

I just completed all 30 tubes' installation. There are three ways to replace fluorescent light tubes. You can just replace fluorescent light with LED light without removing ballast. You also can use single-ended or double-ended connection after removing ballast. I removed ballast and used double-ended connection because ballast may go bad one day. It is easy to rewire the connections.These LED tubes are sturdy and bright. I have used another brand LED tubes two months ago for my church's lighting. These LED tubes are much better than the other brand.

It’s like daylight in my shop!!These led tuned are great! They can be installed as direct fluorescent tube replacements but I decided to install them as “type B” tubes which let me eliminate the ballast. This required using “non-shunted” holders. However, they can also be installed as “type A” tubes which does not require extra hardware. In my case I had some type B fixtures and did not want to have a mixture.These tubes also have a a built in diffuser in the form of a plastic exterior sleeve. This significantly reduces glare and acts as a safety device should they be struck and/or broken.

I order 30 bulbs thinking it would be a good cost. I have had 4 bulbs go bad with less then 10 hours. Went to another brand and so far after 14 hours working great. Wanted to be sure it was nothing to do with the light fixture. Understand that sometimes you will have one go bad. Problem ordering from Amazon or on line, cannot have a easy return. Needing many more to change out shop and barn, but worried about the others I have installed how long will they last
