HUAWEI B525s-23a - LTE, 4G WiFi Router 300Mbps DL Cat.6 Black

I'm very pleased with this. Like many of us, I need to work from home and have no landline. I made sure to buy a good external aerial and put it as high up as I could. Then just enter the username and password off the bottom of the unit into the laptop. Ok it did take several attempts and I'm not sure why, but now it just works. No messing about. No complex settings to get wrong. I can get on and teach my classes from home.

For me this really worked and was basically plug and play, along with a Poynting XPOL-A0001 network antenna this has given me 4g internet with download speeds of 15-25 mbps, I do use a WiFi extender because the router is located in an outside shed but the WiFi from the router itself is excellent, definitely recommend for ease of set up, functionality and value for money.

I work from home in a remote location with a very poor broadband service through BT copper wires. I deduced to move away from BT and take up the EE 4G broadband service, which is excellent, up to 50mbs download speeds. I have two routers from EE this Huawei one and an EE branded one. The Huawei one has always out performed the EE branded router in every respect, reception, download speeds etc. Hence I bout this one (with a couple of antennas) to replace the EE one. Please be aware that this router comes with a European 2 pin plug and not a UK 3 pin plug, hence the 4 star rating. I managed to find a replacement power adaptor using the product number on my other router, there were loads in the US, none in the UK, I managed to get mine from Ireland using eBay. I’m sure there are loads of adaptors that would work just as well, I’m just a bit wary of electrics.

The router was easy to set up. It produces a good signal which is easily received around the house. I am very happy with the product.

Bought this for our narrow boat , have to say it has far gone beyond our expectations, it is brilliant

J'ai commandé un routeur 4G Huawei B525S-23A Noir Dual Band WiFi AC 300Mbps avec 4 ports. Configuration assez rapide à travers l'adresse IP (panneau de configuration Huawei). Très beau modèle et complet en connexions. Je capte 4 barres sur 5 sur le réseau SFR en 4G+ avec un très bon débit. Couple avec des antennes extérieur À voir sur la durée mais ça à l'air du bon matériel. Merci à amazon pour son envoi suivi, soigné et plutôt rapide. Je recommande.

Muy muy bueno. Sigue funcionando perfectamente como el primer día. Una conexión estable. Se puede ver la tele y conectar varios móviles sin cortes. Lo tengo desde hace años.

Lo compre para utilizar en casa con una tarjeta 4G de 120G, pq mi ADSL con Movi es de solo 4Mbs. Los primeros días lo utilize como router wifi conectado al router de Movi y ya note mucho la mejora en la connexion. Ahora con la SIM 4G tengo una connexion excelente, 30 Mbs bajada incluso cuando marca que tiene poca señal. Lo tengo dentro de casa y hasta la fecha ningún problema. La app esta muy bien diseñada y puedes fijar el límite de consumo mensual, así como bloquea dispositivos, configurar cuando usar ADSL y cuando el 4G...

Ce routeur 4G fonctionne très bien. Je suis surpris par la qualité de réception avec les antennes internes (entre 120 et 170 Mbits chez moi). La seule fonction qui me manque est la gestion du Qos pour gérer les priorités (avec cette fonction il méritait la 5e étoile selon moi). Il est compatible avec le logiciel LteWatch qui permet de peaufiner ces réglages de réception au top.

Llego rápido y len embalado. Muy fácil de instalar funciono desde el primer momento tras instalar la tarjeta 4G. Menú de configuración fácil e intuitivo. Buen rango de cobertura. Lo mejor, da soporte a 64 dispositivos, ideal para casa con muchos dispositivos domóticos.
