Awful Chemical Smell
I am very disappointed in this purchase. I opened the package to an awful chemical smell. I figured it was the rubber circle that holds the crystal bowl so I put it in the garage for a few days, thinking maybe I would just replace it with one of the softer ones. But after a few days the smell was still deeply embedded into the crystal bowl. The bowl was also much thinner than I expected. This is my first bowl so maybe that is the case. Anyway I bought from this company because they seemed to be more aligned with quality products but I was very disappointed and am in the process of returning. Bummer because this was part of my Christmas present.
