BUTcharging lights are miss aligned, cannot really know for sure that how much battery is left. On first use, it actually dropped to zero by only 15min use.Other than that, its quite heavy to operate specifically with rod. while working on tiles, we continually accidentally click the remote button on handle due to which the cleaning session gets interrupted and I get irritated. the smallest size is also so big, like head is so large that cleaning a smaller area is almost impossible, not to mention the difficulty in handling the smallest size. Also its not as fast as profile shows, rather the RPM is surely much lower than the other machine that I bought for gifting friend, but its faster though both web pages claim same.Only positive is that machine is solid build, it fall from my hand from 1 meter but there was no sign of any issue on it.
