The glass lid exploded when I tried to drain some veg over my sink!!! Totally stunned, shocked & a little scared! Glass went everywhere! My sink, worktop, floor and also on me!!! I have tried to call many numbers, but can't get to speak to a single person! It has now been over 2 days since, I think, I left a voice mail on a relevant number and not received a response! The pans appear be be of good quality - only time will tell!The Items arrived with a damaged lid - which the seller replaced swiftly. Thank you.However, this uncovered another issue. The pans are advertised as having a 10 year guarantee - but, as they are no longer being made, the manufacturing company were not interested in helping with the lid issue, and will not provide a guarantee. The guarantee details should be removed from the advert.

Great pans, perfect for induction. Very high quality.

Great pan set.

Bought these as we'd use had an induction hob installed, which meant a load of favourite pans are no longer any good. It could be that we need more experience with induction cooking, but we seem to be having to leave the pots to soak, as they're not coming up clean with just a pan-scrubber or brush. Fortunately, half an hour with Oxi-powder does the trick!Good value for money - especially for learners.
