Bidet Attachment - Hot and Cold Water Dual Self Cleaning Nozzle Bidet Toilet Non-Electric Bidet for Toilet Seat with Frontal/Feminine Wash, White

I was not able to have this installed until after the Amazon return time frame because I was out of town. Had it installed by a plumber and leaked immediately. I have tried to contact the manufacture and they will not respond. I should have just put my money in the toilet and flushed it.Update:after review manufacture sent a new unit and seems to be working fine.

The media could not be loaded.  The problem is they supply you with a cheep hot water line tube. I had leaking under my sink that I had to replace washers. Now I had a Leake at the hot water connector at bidet. I tried reinstalling this fitting with additional washer and plumber tape three times. The drip would always return. better. Seems the connection line is not threading correctly as it is a cheep plastic connection. So I have a slow leak at the connection and a additional leak from inside the unit.. I looked at other units and saw they came with stainless steel flexible tubing. I then realized the hot water line is not necessary as it would take time for water to heat up.I return this unit and ordered a cold water unit. Now I have to cap off my hot water fitting under my sink. This unit caused me extra work that was unnecessary. I was so happy to remove this unit. My new unit with professional grade water line is a thousand times better.Billy

Just perfect. Meta connections are the best. The single downside in this bidet is the plastic connectors in the back of the bidet itself. I wished it was made of metal to have the same strong fit to the pu hose and it's metal nut.Overall it's the best bidet I've owned in years.

This bidet works great. I only wish I'd gotten one years ago. I especially like the second nozzle to clean my 'lady parts'. I feel much cleaner than I did just using toilet paper. I got this one with the handle because I have problems with my arm and hands and this one makes it easy to use. I took away a star because I got this about 6 months ago and the handle broke when I went to use it. It's made of plastic. But it has an 18 month warranty on it so I contacted them about it and they wanted a picture of the damaged part but before I could send it my husband super glued it back on and so far (a week in) it's holding. I'll update any changes. I would highly recommend this bidet.

I ordered 2 "ABHQP Self Cleaning Hot and Cold Water Bidet - Dual Nozzle (Male & Female) • BHCWA1" bidets.The printed instructions aren't incredibly clear, but I found a YouTube video where a man is installing an incredibly similar bidet, so I figured out the installation by combining the video with the provided instructions.I installed the first bidet relatively easily, with both hot and cold water. I'm quite happy with it; the only problem is that there was a leak coming out from underneath the control panel (through the little hole in the center, which might be where a screw goes?), and a leak coming from where the hot water pipe connects to the control panel (I've tried tightening it many times, but a drop or two still comes out whenever the bidet is used). Not too terrible--especially since I put a strip of waterproof sealant tape over the little hole on the bottom, and that seems to have done the trick there. Only one minor leak to deal with now.The other bidet, on the other hand, was MUCH more frustrating. Everything went relatively smoothly until it came to the hot water attachment. I've included a picture of where the problem arose. The hot water T-adapter that was included would NOT stop leaking from where the red arrow I've drawn is pointing. No amount of tightening would fix it. I tried applying more of the sealant tape, and the water just bubbled out from underneath the tape. I ordered a replacement T-adapter, and it leaked from the EXACT SAME spot, only 10x WORSE. I paid extra for one-day shipping of the replacement piece and everything. The second bidet now has no hot water. Such a disappointment.Apart from the leaks, water pressure is pretty impressive in both bidets, and they overall do what I want/expected.So, to sum up: this is a pretty decent bidet (especially for the cost), but leaks are a frequent issue. What varies is whether the leaks will be a minor annoyance, or something that largely ruins the experience you were after.

The media could not be loaded.  Wasn’t what I was expecting... this thing came broken and it was leaking all over, I was about to return it right away, but, since I like fixing things I said lemme just fix it. After opening the whole thing apart I found out that the piece that connects all the popes was broken and water was coming out outside the pipe... I managed to fix it but I hope it won’t leak again. Overall It’s not that bad nor that good! It’s OK...

This product was one of the worst thing that I ordered from Amazon, I ordered 2 bidet,I installed the first one that I wasn't very satisfied with it but I thought it's ok, second bidet one was defective and couldn't install it at all which I am going to return it.I don't recommend this product at all, it's just such a waste of time and money

Much better to buy one with the toilet seat in the unit all in one as this kind of unit does not fit the toilet seat very good sprays water out the front as there’s a big gap between the toilet and the seat.Would not suggest buying it not very sanitary.
