Love my scooter
I absolute Love my scooter. I took it to Hawaii with no problem . The only thing is I wish someone would have made a video on how to pack the scooter in it’s carrying case. and to let you know that you need pliers to add the basket. But other than that it was great

Perfect Design With Assembly & Quality Control Issues
I really, really wanted to like this scooter, but it has serious assembly & functional issues. The first scooter was dead on arrival; all the lights worked, but the motor did not. The manufacturer put me through some work-around procedures on the phone, but the motor simply was dead. To their credit they immediately sent a replacement. The second scooter at least did run, but the transmission made a loud "clunk" with every revolution. I sent the manufacturer a sound clip of this, and was assured they would solve my issue. I gave them a week to do so, and having not heard from them, gave them a call. It took them that long to decide I needed to send it back for repair. Well, after two strikes I decided to seek a refund. Clearly this relatively new product was having birthing issues.Getting the refund now involved the retailer, Senior Com, and that was so difficult to do that I had to file a claim under Amazon's "A to Z Refund Policy." Until then, dealing with Senior Com was worse than having a root-canal at a lousy dentist! They did everything they could to delay, until Amazon stepped in. After that it took only a few days to see an improved attitude on the seller's part, and soon thereafter I received my refund from Amazon.I will never do business with Senior Com as their motto is; "Once you have their money you never give it back." Thankfully Amazon was there to resolve my issue; but the whole protracted process took over a month, with lots of promises from Senior Com, but no follow up unless forced to do so by me and finally Amazon.Pro:1. The lightest, easiest to lift scooter on the market.2. Beautiful design, but terrible assembly - I had to tighten almost every nut and bolt, including those that hold the tiller to the frame. Loose bolts can easily develop fractures that lead to failure, and in this critical part it could mean serious injury for a person.3.Very good control of speed, both slow and fast.4. Excellent turning radius - it can turn around in its length, and easily navigate through stores and small aisles.5. SpeedyCons:1. Very poor motor and transmission2. Poor customer service from Senior Com3. Noisy transmission4. Loose bolts throughout5. Feels like it will fail within a few months of use.Again, I really wanted to like this scooter, but $2,200 is far too much to pay for a shoddy product and unresponsive seller. I subsequently purchased a Pride Victory 10, and while it is not as portable, requiring a rear carrier, it is much better in quality and design. I do hope Triaxe can fix their scooter, and if they do I might reconsider buying one, but only through a local dealer that will be responsive and honest.

Great design. Shabby quality control. They don’t seem to learn from their mistakes.
I bought the scooter from Enhancemobility not Amazon. I love love love the design. Right off the bat, the battery would not reach full chparge and one of the little wheels was bent preventing it from standing on its back. However the battery was the big deal. After many calls to the company and letting the battery charge for days like they asked, they finally agreed to send out a technician with a wheel, battery, and by that time the tiller had come loose. I waited for weeks and finally took the scooter to my mechanic and he fixed the tiller and wheel, but I still drove with this battery whose charge I was uncertain of. But it seemed ok, not anywhere near the range as advertised. But very serviceable. At some point the battery began to show full charge for a few seconds when powered up, so I was pleased and began to use the scooter more. Also the regenerative braking system began to light the 3rd charge light on the battery indicator, so I was convinced the battery was as charged as it was going to get.Yesterday January 1, 2019, I took the scooter to the park and used a ramp to get to a grove. Very easy grade. On the way back up, the scooter performed very well as I took it slowly up the ramp. The battery never degraded, the charge indicator held steady at the middle setting. 2/3rds up the ramp the scooter stopped accompanying a burning smell. I pushed the scooter the ramp and to the car, placed it upright and touched the motor. It was VERY hot. I don’t think the 160W motor is powerful enough. I have had other scooter with 300 and 350 Watt motors that never did this. Out of money for something I’ve only had a few months.More to the story. Enhance sent me a new scooter!! It behaves totally differently. The battery problem I had is gone, and the scooter handles ramps and little inclines smoothly. The other little annoyances are not with this scooter. I am going say I got a lemon. That makes sense to me, since they still have QA issues. My new scooter was almost perfect, but there was no air in the tires, and one of the tires requires a 90° fitting to check or put air in the tire because the valve stem is tight against the rim. Something they may have discovered if they had put air in the tires. Also try finding a 90° fitting on a air pump at a gas station. So I am bumping them to 3 star for the product.Hey. Remember the tire problem on the new scooter? Well that tire kept on leaking. It went flat at a plant store in Michigan. I noticed the battery losing power sooner than usual, but not the tire. I mean the battery was fresh, and previously I had put miles on it before this charge, so I thought something was wrong. I headed out of the store when the scooter stopped and that burning smell returned. Aren’t these motors fused?!!! My friends travel scooter stops when the motor gets overheated and makes you wait until it’s cooled off. I guess the bad tired caused the motor to overwork, and it burned up. The second burned up motor in less than 6 months. Got to get off this ride for good.
