Q: How do you upload via email?

Save your pictures under photos. Then you can upload 10 at a time. Make sure you have the app of the digital frame first. Real easy.

Q: Does anyone know how to contact customer support? Amazon only supports 3 months but the product says it has 2 years and 24 hr support.

I was able to email them and they responded right away. It’s in the box booklet. I don’t have it on me right now. Just Google Frameo customer support and their webpage is the first one

Q: Is the WiFi capability limited to 2.4G or can it connect to 5G WiFi networks?

I had my Digital Photo Frame when my Wifi was 3G and now my Wifi is 5G and it works great just the same.

Q: My frame does not have anywhere i can check the weather. it says in the description that you can do that. where do i find that?

Click on the Setting Button and it will take you to the Weather and Temperature screen.
