Step 2- Everytime you should use soap to clean hands and use water to clean the cup firstly. If you like to use soap to clean cup, make sure to clean out the soap bubbles thoroughly, avoid vaginal infections. Step 3- Squat down or lift one leg or lie on the floor, with legs apart. Relaxed, don't tense the pelvic muscles (muscle used to stop and start urinating) Step 4- Put finger into vagina to locate the cervix (a small, slimy piece and there is small indentation in the middle).
