Nice bookcase but flimsy and fragile
Although the bookcase arrives mostly assembled, it had 2 broken parts- the side frame and the bottom shelf. I complained to the company and instead of sending me a new bookcase, they sent me a new side frame and bottom frame, which took me hours to repair because the screws were very small and they didn't send a small screw driver. I was hoping to either get a discount for my time to fix the item myself, or a brand new one, but didn't receive either. Although I like the bookcase, the time I spent into repairing it made it not worth it.
