Pros: love it. Work factory my back was always killing me. I saw review on Facebook and decide check into one. I bought it. Wore it work. On breaks I would take off because sitting down. When stand my back would hurt. I would back on. I felt pressure leave my back. Going home take off pressure would come back. This back brace is amazing. Its sad give four stars. This product is designed to provide minimal support for those with mild scoliosis or back issues. If you suffer from these you will be happy with this product. This is not a substitute for a medically prescription for a back brace. On the negative, the shoulder straps are very tight and required additional padding. The fit is true to size

Dissapointed!
Did not care for this! No matter how tight I made it,it would slip up around my waist...VERY DISAPPOINTED! I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO RETURN IT BUT THERE WAS NO INFORMATION IN THE PACKAGE!!!!

The top portion needed longer straps for adjusting to the correct position on your back. They were too short. I'm only 5'7" so I can't imagine how it would fit someone taller. I had to cut it apart to use(really needed the back support more.
